Principle 8 – Multiply Leaders – Empower Rapid Advance (part 4)

How can we wield our influence to develop leaders and reach new people? I want to share with you three words that have been tremendously beneficial to me: Recruit, Coach, Repeat. In this session we are going to take disciple making to the next level as we focus on the skill of multiplying leaders who make disciples through recruiting, coaching, and repeating the process.

We will do this by employing the essential disciple-making skills we have already been utilizing: the Reach List, praying for and with others, showing people we care, sharing our stories, giving personal invitations, and gathering people into groups. Each one of these essential skills can be used to multiply leaders and inspire a whole lot of people to follow Jesus.
